Megan Reynolds Associate

Megan practices corporate and commercial litigation and has represented individuals and corporations of all sizes in commercial disputes through appearances before all levels of court in the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador. Megan has experience in a variety of disputes including shareholder disputes; creditor priority litigation; class action defence; construction disputes; and enforcement of other business contracts. Megan is also well versed with different modes of alternate dispute resolution including commercial arbitrations and mediations. Megan’s business law practice focuses on projects and commercial transactions in the mining and cannabis sectors and she advises on wills, estates and trusts matters.

Originally from Happy Valley Goose Bay, NL, Megan was admitted to the Newfoundland and Labrador bar in 2015 following her graduation from the University of New Brunswick Faculty of Law in 2014. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Memorial University. Active in the community, Megan is the Vice-President of the After Hours Rotary Club of St. John’s; was co-chair of the 2018 Convention of the Liberal Party of Newfoundland and Labrador; and co-chair of the 2019 Provincial Election team for the Liberal Party of Newfoundland and Labrador.
