In response to the COVID-19 Pandemic Benson Buffett has been taking precautions aimed at keeping our clients, personnel, and community safe while at the same time ensuring that our clients’ needs are served.

Our office remains open however personal contact is being kept to a minimum and persons wishing contact with our lawyers and staff need to be aware that in many cases steps can be taken to afford them remote access.

Before personal meetings are had, clients are asked to reflect on whether such personal contact is necessary. If clients believe there is a need to meet in person they should expect to be asked some simple questions which it is responsible of us to ask, prior to such a meeting being arranged.

These are extraordinary times and they require extraordinary measures and precautions in the interest of keeping everyone as safe as possible and we ask for and appreciate your cooperation in helping us achieve that goal.
